A Safer Workplace - Preventing and Responding to Sexual Harassment for Employees

This training is designed specifically for Mining Industry Employees. 

What you will be able to do by the end of the course:

• Define what constitutes sexual harassment

• Spotting warning signs and behaviours

• Underlying causes and attitudes that lead to discrimination

• Preventing harassment and providing protection

• Taking a proactive approach to prevent and avoid harassment

• Integrated with Minerals Council of Australia guidance

The course contains six sections with interactive knowledge checks throughout, downloadable PDF's, links to external resources and a final quiz at the end.
